House Vugrinec

House Vugrinec offers comfortable accommodation in Istria for four to six persons in a detached house situated in a beautiful natural setting away from the traffic and crowds of mass tourism. The house is located 1.5 kilometers outside the village Šišan, 8 km away from the town Pula and 4 km from the tourist center Medulin.

The accommodation is ideal for an active and sporty holiday in Istria: swimming, surfing, horseback riding, jogging, cycling, paintbool and other sports. The tranquility and peace of the surroundings, for those less active, guaranteeing maximum relaxed family vacation.

The accommodation capacity of the house is 4 + 2 beds, and consists of a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is for two persons and in the livingroom there are two comfortable sofas that can serve as an extra bed for two persons. The house is well equipped with furniture and all the things of everyday life. The house has air conditioning and Satelite TV + WI-FI are available. In the fenced courtyard there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill and terrace. Parking is provided on a large parking lot in front of the house.

Since the owners live nearby, they are available for its guests on a daily basis. Besides accommodation, they can also offer you their own homemade products: blackberry wine, fruit spirits and olive oil.

The house is rented throughout the year.

The beach is 1.5 km away by gravel road and extends for miles north and south. The beach is on flat cliffs with some gravel and is suitable for all ages. The sea is crystal clear and has a rocky bottom.

Šišan is a 2000 years old village, its population through the history was engaged in agriculture and fishing, particularly growing vines, olives, and breeding of indigenous Istrian livestock. The natural environment of Šišan and the surrounding area is very suitable for various sports activities: jogging, biking, horseback riding, swimming, diving, surfing, paint-ball...

Starting from Šišan, various day trips are possible: city of Pula, Nature Park Kamenjak, or Istrian small towns Fažana, Pomer and Premantura, where you can enjoy many events and restaurants with excellent Istrian cuisine. The nearby town of Medulin offers a variety of entertainment and a rich nightlife. There is an entertainment park for children in Medulin.
